View and Comment On Planning Applications

Using our online service you can register to comment online or simply comment without registering.

Registration only takes a couple of minutes to and will also allow you to track applications and save searches. Once registered, please follow the steps below:

• Log into your account
• click Search > Planning > Simple Search to find the application you wish to comment on
• On the right side of the page click "make a public comment"
• Enter your comments
• Click "submit"

Making Comments by Email or Post

To comment by email or post, please write to the address below ensuring you include the following:

• The date
• Your name and address
• The reference number of the application
• The address of the site
• Your comments

Please note: Comments made by members of the public and consultation responses can also be viewed. These will be made available 3 days before the Development Management Committee is due to consider the application. This is in accordance with legislation.

In compliance with data protection legislation, some personal information, such as signatures, personal telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will be redacted.
